You may register for the event by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, contact information, gaming shop/club affiliation and the army you will most likely play.

We prefer registration fee payments to be made via Paypal (money doesn't get "lost in the mail") and sent to email@example.com. When you use your PayPal account to send the registration fee, please send money as "Personal / for Friends and Family" rather than "Purchasing Goods or Services". This allows us to drop the Paypal processing fee - as Paypal doesn't then take out a fee. Don't forget to include your registration info.

Cancellation policy: Please note that as we run this thing on a shoe-string budget and have many fixed costs, we have a limited ability to issue refunds. If you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible! Cancellations prior to April 1st, 2015 will receive a refund equal to half of the registration costs. Cancellations later than this will not be refunded. We're sorry it has to be this way, but by that time the money will have already been spent on one of the various event expenses! One other note - players are not able to transfer their places in the Tournament to other players.
